Overall is good location. But it's also shocking to know a city hotel cannot speak good English. I was stuck at the security guard for 20 mins trying to explain I am driving my rental car to pick up my luggages and check out. He refuses to let me park because the front desk didn't inform him of this arrangement and he didn't check with front desk either. Basically they cannot communicate with foreigners.

Great location, located near train station and bus stop to Airport. Hotel provide free shuttle to Sapporo station daily as well. Highly recommended!

The location is close to Nakajima Koen Station, so you have to walk a little to get to Susukino, a downtown area. About 10 minutes. It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo. It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk. The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect. And the view was excel :)

I love the location its near to nakajima koen subway station even the bus service to the airport 5 min walk from the hotel. Its very clean and beyond my expectation. The room they gave me is quite big. Not much amenities I appreciate the daily bottled water 😊

A little bit far from Nakajima Koen station, so might need to walk a little. Overall pretty clean and standard single room.

Location is great. Breakfast was fantastic. But Service needs some improvement, I believe. My rental car ran out of battery . In the United States, it is such an easy fix. I just need a jump cable to start. I was shocked to find out the hotel didn’t have a jump cable. Not only that, no one from the hotel was willing to help, knowing I didn’t speak Japanese. I ended up calling the rental car company myself, and eventually ended up paying 14,000 yen for a simple jump start after going through all sort of hassle due to language issue. Just unbelievably poor process, and poor service.

The Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu is excellently located. We could walk to the busy downtown area in about 15 minutes. It is also close to some car rental shops so it is ideal for foreign travellers looking to self-drive to see the largest city in Hokkaido.

Comfortable and good locate hotel in Sapporo. Staff is very helpful.

Room was big and clean, there was plenty of space to sit and chat with friends, check in and out was smooth. There is a shuttle to and from the sapporo station
