I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller.
The location is good, close to Susukino Station and Odori Station.
There is also a direct airport bus from in front of the hotel.
The room is a little small, and the facilities feel a little old.
I had high hopes for breakfast as there were many good reviews, and I think it will satisfy even seafood lovers. I definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. However, it starts at 7am, so if you have an early flight 🛩 it may not be possible.
I felt it was good value for money.

すすきので食事会があったので、こちらのホテルを選びました。
立地はとても良かったです。
お部屋自体は昔ながらのホテルという感じで、他の方が書いているように蛇口は短めだしお風呂スペースは狭くはありましたが、それほど問題ではありませんでした。
スタッフの方の対応はとても丁寧でした。
ウェルカムドリンクサービスや、チェックアウト時にロイズのチョコをいただけたのが、特に嬉しかったです。
電車の駅からのアクセスは、最初はホテルが案内してるルートで行ったものの、その後現地の友人に教わって狸小路からそのまま地下街に入るルートの方が、雪も無くて断然便利でした。

We stayed for two consecutive nights at a former Sunroute hotel on Tanukikoji 6-chome, a hotel frequented by businessmen, and asked for eco-cleaning. 5300 yen per night.
