Great Stay at.the hotel. Location & room is great.

The hotel is extremely clean in a good location. All amenities provided from pajama to cleansing foam. You can come stay empty handed. All staffs are nice - I had some issue with items bought from the local store and the staff helped me solve the issue. I recommend this hotel if you atr staying in Sapporo.

The location of the hotel is quite good and there is a car park at the hotel but you have to pay for car park fee.

Location are super convenient, just 1 min to subway station and 5 min walking distance to Shopping street. Bed is comfortable

Next to train station, walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Hotel is new and clean, parking is nightmare during Saturday night and crowd will clear around 11pm to find parking lot

Decent hotel stay with spacious rooms.

I love their breakfast and their service attitude is very good I personally recommend that you stay here. I personally think it is a great value and there is no need to worry! ! !

The hotel is a new hotel with beautiful decoration. There is a convenience store next to the lobby, which is very convenient. The room is relatively small, but very clean.

Very good, very close to the subway station, and there are many restaurants nearby. I ate the roast pork buffet downstairs twice. The room is not big, but it is enough. The breakfast is good. The hot spring on the roof has an outdoor part. It is so cool when it snows.

The location is so good. Right in front of Hoskino Station, it is a 3-5 -minute walking distance from Susukino Station. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it wasn't a big problem because the hotel rooms are cleaned only for stays of 3 nights or more, but they also didn't clean the hallways or in front of the elevator. A piece of paper that someone dropped stayed there for the entire 3 nights and 4 days I stayed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I had a face-to-face encounter with three check-in staff, but they did not speak English well, and the English-speaking staff (a foreign staff) was also very blunt and far from friendly, unlike other hotel staff. The large public bath was very comfortable and nice.

There is a bath and the room is small. I had a problem reserving a room, but they resolved it well so I used it without a problem. It's nice to have a bathhouse, but there are a lot of people and it seems a bit unmaintained.

Front desk clerk. The service attitude is friendly and good, and the food quality and service in the restaurant at night are good.
