Great location and perfect ambience for someone who wants some quiet moments. Coffee is excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located in Tanukikoji Street which has plenty of shopping! The room was extremely clean and new. It has washing machines and driers which you can use at 500 Yen! Overall I would rate this place 4.8/5.0.

Very nice atmosphere from a cafe cum front desk!

Location was directly at where the dinner places and lunch places be at. Buzzing and a decent location to stay. Just that for families, have to take a train from sapporo station and a street car to reach the hotel. All was good and well. Service is normal. Amenities is fine.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the city center, within walking distance of Odori Park and nestled within the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, making exploration of the area a breeze. It features a smoking room, and the lobby boasts a unique combination of a coffee shop and library, creating a pleasant ambiance. Although the rooms are typically small, as is common in Japan, they are exceptionally clean, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are very friendly, and housekeeping services are provided daily at no extra charge. Don’t miss out on trying "That Coffee" during your stay—it's the best coffee I’ve ever had literarry across the hotel door lobby and Akahoshi Ramen for 500 yen.

The hotel is very nicely located and clean . There are plenty of stores nearby.

Cosy hotel, likes the interior deco of the room and has a nice cafe at the lobby. Conveniently located near shopping streets, convenience store and restaurants. It is very near to the bus stop where we could take an airport shuttle bus to the airport.

Second time in Sapporo and staying in the same hotel. Location is near to shopping areas and you can find lots of restaurants too. Nearest station is Odori and is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel is clean and the shower area is separated. It comes with a bath tub and the water pressure is strong. Room is perfect for one and it can accommodate a big luggage. Awesome staff and always friendly. Will recommend anyone to stay here when in the city

great location with access to food and shopping till late night. clean room and still provided towel change on daily basis (hung on door) as i put do not disturb. everything is wonderful and awesome. the hotel is shared with library/ book cafe, and i was taking a rest near the reception area but i was informed that i have to buy drinks to sit there (not like i will be sitting there for hours). no special treats to hotel guests

Perfect one night hotel for basic room and comfortable stay. Breakfast quite basic, but good coffee and nearby to great food spots.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and overall I was impressed with the cleanliness, prime location, and the modern feel of the rooms. However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding the staff's attitude during my stay. It's a shame because I believe this hotel has tremendous potential to offer an exceptional guest experience. The negativity from the staff had a noticeable impact on my overall satisfaction. On a particular occasion, I overheard two staff members conversing in Japanese in front of me. To my surprise, their discussion included a negative comment about my request for water, despite a prior assurance from another staff member that I could request water at any time. This incident was disappointing, as the unfriendly demeanor of the staff members not only contradicted the positive image of your hotel but also left me annoyed and upset as a guest. Understanding the language used in the conversation only added to the unfortunate experience.

Location was located at the furthest end of 狸小路 hence the journey back home after shopping was quite a distance. This is a petite hotel with very small room. However cleanliness was superb. I left a small box of medicine behind but hotel did not return back to me. Disappointment with this and I will not be returning.
