HOTEL LiVEMAX PREMIUM Sapporo-Odorikouen Reviews

I stayed here for 10 nights in low season (May) just interrupted by going somewhere else when the price shot up on the Friday and Saturday nights and at the price I paid this was the best value I’ve enjoyed in in the few months I’ve spent in Japan (having visited all four main islands). Microwave and fridge (with ice cube tray and chilled glasses in it) in the room, bathroom gleaming, onsen includes sauna, water cooler outside onsen. Livemax does need to move all the furniture around every few months and properly dust, plus you can see scuff marks if looking for them, but I thought this place was great other than not having a real window.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and we enjoyed using their facilities. We were happy that we could do our laundry using their coin machine. You can wait for your laundry to finish while enjoying their massage chair after having a loooong time in their onsen and sauna 😊

I don't know how many times I've used this hotel. It's the best accommodation for events at Odori Park 5-chome to 10-chome. This time, it was the Sapporo Lilac Festival. It's within walking distance to the venue, and there are plenty of parking lots nearby. It's also close to Tanukikoji, and there's a large hot spring bath, so I'm very happy (#^.^#)

Compulsory bathing for 150 yen every day! It was fresh on the first day, but I was very tired when I came back the next day and had to take a bath! 150 will be wasted if you don’t take a bath😢If you extend your stay, 150 bathing fee will be charged every day🎃

Although the room was small, I don't think it would be bad if you don't stay at the hotel for a long time and just sleep and use the large public bath (available from 06-10 and 15-01). Parking fee is 2,000 yen per day, so I parked nearby for 800 yen for 12 hours between 20:00 and 8:00. Small Aeon Mall nearby. There is a 7-Eleven.

This is the cleanest Livemax I've ever stayed at. The biggest advantage is that it has a large natural hot spring bath. You can stay in it for a long time, which is great. It's also great that you can drink water after bathing.

Late check-out of 2 hours (12 o'clock) is not bad q

It was cheap, had a hot spring, and the sauna was self-service so I could relax. It was also helpful that there was a water server. It was my first time in Sapporo so I got lost, but I was able to get to the airport by bus from Sapporo Prince Hotel, which was easy.

The heating was ineffective and the noise from the ventilation fan was bothersome, making it difficult to sleep. 　　The staff were foreigners, so I didn't feel they were very hospitable. Tenen Onsen was pleasant.

It was a semi-double twin room, and it was great to be able to sleep spaciously! The room was so good that it didn't feel small. Above all, it was beautiful.

It's cheap, but the room cleaning was terrible. The cup is still dirty and I haven't wiped the dust off. The hot spring public bath and massage machine were very good! I thought it would be good for people who don't care about the room being dirty! Also, the front check-in took a long time for foreigners!

The service staff can speak Chinese and the environment is clean The hotel is very conveniently located near JR and Tanukikoji shopping district. There is also a 7-11 nearby

Although the location is not that great, the room was clean and the amenities were adequate. The price was also cheap, which was good.
