房間和服務以及温泉都很好，不愧是日本老牌温泉酒店，到真駒內地鐵站有shuttle bus, 這個價位值得再來

雪地裏泡温泉，房間公共設施都很不錯，餐食有些差強人意，普通酒店的自助餐類型吧，沒什麼特色也不夠精緻，不過該有的都有。

從真駒內地鐵站門口坐黃色的大巴接駁車約40分鐘到酒店，接駁車需要預約。
酒店15點才能入住，寄存行李後，定山溪逛一下，酒店有手繪地圖可以參考，外面吃飯的地方不多，隨便吃了個拉麪，味道還行。酒店旁邊有兩個很大的便利店，買東西很方便，對面還有一家可麗餅一家烤肉。
下午到酒店辦入住，會有服務員一對一介紹環境和設施，到房間的樓層需要先拖鞋，鞋子放在房間號的櫃子裏鎖着，從走廊進去都是不穿鞋的，包括房間內，房間很大有按摩椅，換浴衣去泡温泉，在一樓，室內有幾個池子，室外兩個小的，環境還行，温泉不是很多。
晚上含自助餐，牛排和刺身還可以，其他都是日式的菜，沒吃。最後吃了點甜品。如果沒有牛排感覺都吃不飽，很多日式野菜 味增湯 淹的魚和小菜什麼的，可以現點材料製作披薩，其他適合吃的不多。早餐，麪包，甜品，煎蛋，還有日式小菜 湯 米飯……麪條衹有意麪，其他沒什麼，小朋友沒什麼要吃的 喝點牛奶吃點麪包和甜品。
10點之前要退房，坐9點半的接駁車到真駒內地鐵站。總體評價90分，吃的不太習慣，温泉略簡單了點。

酒店非常漂亮，離札幌1小時車程。含早晚餐，都是自助，很滿意，餐廳景觀也很美，下雪天，泡個湯，非常舒服。就是房間洗手間有點不太滿意，小，設計不太合理。
