攜程顯示的地址是錯的，導致我們大晚上拖着行李走到了另外一家酒店，還被另外一家酒店前台給冷眼對待，摔東西給我們看。除了地址錯其他都還好。房間面積很大，已經很滿足了。位置也還可以。距離薄野和狸小路步行可以前往。

可怕的是，我拿到鑰匙打開房門，發現裏面加濕器正在轟轟作響，我擔心我進錯了房間，但還是在猶豫幾秒鐘後，鼓起勇氣繼續進入房間：亂糟糟的一片，沒有打掃！
跟前台反饋後，給我換了個三人間。可我是一個人出行啊！三人間房間並沒有很大，我想要的是大床房！
但是身在他鄉，人生地不熟，溝通又很困難，我決定將就一夜。

這是第二次入住了，雖然預約禁菸房，但房間進去的時候有一點異味，後來狂噴芳香劑就比較好了，空間跟一般商務旅館比起來大很多，住起來還是很可以，性價比還是很高的

お盆中和洋室2泊で予約をさせて頂きました。部屋の和室側の窓の手前の障子はやぶれていて、明るくするため開けたところほこりが待ってしまい、子供が喘息ぎみになってしまいました。
フロントにはほぼ人がいない状態で、お風呂のお湯が出ないとゆうトラブルがあったのですが、海外の従業員さんしらおらず、頑張って対応してくれていたとは思うのですが、1日目は改善されず、二日目の午後過ぎに日本人の男性が対応して頂き改善されました。夏でお風呂に入れない状態は厳しいかなというところとフロントの方不在のホテルに泊まったことがなかったので、少々不安ではありました。
