It's a dated hotel in an old building with even dated facilities, stayable but not excellent. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and there is a free basic breakfast in the morning. Amenities are limited.

Basic budget hotel. Somewhat dated but very clean.
Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.
The staff are very helpful.

This hotel is great even it is not located next to subway but there is a tram behind the hotel you can use the tram to the train station within 2 stop 150yen.

The toilet is indeed a bit small, and the breakfast is just two kinds of bread without spread, and you can drink as much coffee as you want. It is clean and acceptable.
