The hotel is located near Susukino Station and very close to Tanukikoji and Odori Park. If you take the bus out of the city from New Chitose Airport, it will get off next to the hotel entrance. The hotel lobby is small, and self-service check-in is now required, but there are still many staff to assist you. If you have any needs, they will listen and try to help you. The hotel's breakfast buffet doesn't have many choices, but they are all delicious. Instead, there are many choices for drinks. There is also a free water machine for drinking water, which is environmentally friendly. The room is quite clean and the space is large, but there is no window view in the room, and the window view is reserved for the corridor.

The staff is kind polite and compitent. The facilities are new clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing. The location is AMAZING!!! Great views! Central location. Was one of the best values ever! I will return for sure. Only downside is that this hotel is REALLY BUSY!!
