This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.
A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation!
Tips future traveler : request a room that is away from the tracks

Excellent service by the staff throughout my stay. The hotel is directly connected to the station which is great for moving around. Breakfast is delicious too.

Very close to JR Station. Staff very helpful with luggage handling, car parking upon arrival by rental car. Room is a bit outdated but relatively large compared with neighbouring hotels.

The hotel’s overall service was impressive, with the staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, situated conveniently close to major attractions and transport links, making it perfect for exploring the city. For the price, it provided excellent value, combining luxury and convenience in one package. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Located above Sapporo Train station, super convenient for traveling. Lots of food and shopping literally at your doorstep. Rooms are dated, furniture looks very worn. Staff were very professional, and always smiling.

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel.
Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period.
Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from.
Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast.
The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality.
The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free.
Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

The location is strategic at this season of time because it will be so harsh to brace through the cold snow dragging luggages to walk to any other hotels surrounding. So Nikko is the best choices. Amenities is fantastic and very fine too, they provide super handy pocket size sanitiser,skin care set meant for winter dry weather, bath salts and MIKIMOTO body lotion is so good for dry skin, absolutely loving it. View from 33th floor is just amazing, be it good or bad weather, overlooking the breathtaking snow mountains is just beyond satisfying. I tried to book local tour with the service desk, but they are not helpful. It will be perfect if the staff could be more professional with international tourists.
