Stayed there for convenience to visit client and airport. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose different restaurant, but the service are far below expectations consider it’s a 5 star hotel in japan. I feel that they are missing some proper training, made mistakes consistently across different restaurants and forgot orders too.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.
A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation!
Tips future traveler : request a room that is away from the tracks

Excellent service by the staff throughout my stay. The hotel is directly connected to the station which is great for moving around. Breakfast is delicious too.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—it's right in the heart of Hokkaido. You don't even need to step outside the hotel to find plenty of places to explore and a variety of delicious dining options. The hotel's buffet is on a high floor, offering an extremely rich selection of food and amazing views. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; once you place a suitcase inside and open it, there's hardly any space left.
