Clothes: There are washing machines, laundry detergent, clothes hangers, etc. The clothes drying space can be re-planned, because when the clothes are hung up, it is easy to block the use of the sink and the entry and exit of the toilet. Accommodation: The space is large, which is very suitable for stacking souvenirs and souvenirs. I originally chose a B&B because the space is much larger than that of a hotel. There are carpets in the room, but the floor in the bathroom area is cold. It would be better if indoor slippers can be provided. It would also be better if there are a few small tables or coffee tables indoors. Password entry and exit eliminates the need for magnetic buckles and keys. OK: Just walk from Susukino Subway Station, there is no need to use the indoor tram. Overall, it’s a great B&B and worth recommending~

However, there is room for improvement in some designs: for example, it would be better if the sofa could face the TV, there is only one air conditioner but it cannot blow into the double bed room (I hope there is an electric fan), and the shower room needs a storage space or basket to put clothes. The check-in time this time was 15:07. When we arrived at the door of the room, there were two bags of garbage and the vacuum cleaner that had not been taken away. However, the space between the elevator and the door was very small, so we almost ran out of space to get out of the elevator. We didn't go out until about 15:40. I found that the garbage had been collected.

We stayed on the 5th floor as a family of 5 with 3 children. room5 When checking in, you need to make a voice call using the tablet at the entrance to the building. This call took several minutes, which made me anxious. I think it was a mistake to give an arbitrary arrival time. It would have been better to let them know in advance. The room was clean enough. It was very moldy from the entrance to the building to the elevator and the door to the room. There were two singles in the living room and one double in another room. There was no air conditioning in the other room. I left the living room open to keep it cool, including the bathroom. There was a lot of frost in the freezer. There was not enough room to put things in. The bath does not have a reheating function. We have a large family, so the washing machine was helpful (there was detergent as well). There was no dryer, but the clothes dried quickly when hung indoors. There was an Amazon Fire stick plugged into the TV, so we could watch Prime Video. The location is convenient, close to the Shiseikan Elementary School tram line. There was also a Careco car share nearby, which was helpful. I went out to Kiraito for miso ramen, Nanakamado for dinner parfaits, Shigepan for dinner, etc. Secoma is also nearby.

It was clean, the facilities were new and comfortable. It may be inevitable, but check-in was only accepted on time, and it seems that you can't apply for an extension on the day, which is unfortunate.

Thank you to the owner for providing such a comfortable living space. Our family of five spent two weeks happily living in Sapporo in 2LDK on the 5th floor. The location is convenient, three blocks away from the Susukino subway. It is in a quiet location amidst the bustle, so you can always sleep peacefully at night. The plan of having only one room on one floor is really great! When traveling with children, we don’t have to worry about disturbing the peace of our neighbors. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two supermarkets nearby (7-11 is right at the alley). You can cook by yourself every day and enjoy authentic Hokkaido ingredients. This season’s cantaloupe and peaches are super delicious😋. You can clean and wash in the B&B. It is really a happy thing to eat it with confidence. The B&B has an elevator, natural lighting, washing machine, air conditioning, humidifier, and bathtub. We are really grateful to the owner for generously providing such a comfortable living space.
