We really enjoyed our stay in Forza Sapporo. Location was great - near Sapporo Station and a short walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino. Room was spacious and clean. Really appreciate the separate toilet and bath, plus the great shower with its strong water pressure and multiple shower head options. Check-in and check-out was fast, efficient.

Hotel was ok, they did not thoroughly clean the toilet as we still see water stain. As for amenities, could be improved, there were no shower caps. Packet Coffee sticks in room was not replenished. Some days shampoo and laundry bags not replenished as well. Coffee machine and wine bar was great. Please speak English to your foreign tourist , we don’t understand you at all

A charming hotel with nice lobby in a good location. My family stays in 2 rooms for 3 nites, unfortunately I forgot to request for connecting rooms, but we were given a few rooms apart in the same floor. They have a small sitting area in the room, so it’s cozy, they also provide 2 bottles of mineral water each day. They also provide pijama for each guest. Amenities is to collect in the lobby. Upon check in, guest were given voucher to redeem complimentary welcome drink of wine & sake, we can dispense those by submitting the voucher to staff in reception area in exchange for a dispensing card

Excellent stay as usual in Forza. Room was huge, clean and location was wonderful. Will definitely be back again when I visit Sapporo.

Overall, the hotel itself provided a good experience.
However, there’s room for improvement in customer service and cleanliness on Level 1. The staff seemed to have a "hate their job" attitude, which affected the service quality. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of urine on Level 1 whenever entering or exiting, which was unpleasant.

Great Hotel with great location. Near to JR Sapporo Station. Will definitely stay in this hotel again for my next visit. Lots of eateries nearby.

Short 5-10 min walk from the south exit of the JR station. Right next to Tokyu Department Store, which has Uniqlo and Bic Camera in the same building. There is a welcome drink of wine or sake, and communication was easy. Several amenities in the room, though I did not get to use it. Wonderful shower system.

Staff not everyone nice, some long face when we asked questions.
Pillows & bed not comfortable and no choice of Pillow to change, my neck got very painful.
Need to check in by ourselves by taping computer monitor.
Water tap & sink facing bed, very strange but not a big problem.
Location very convenient and several convenient stores around.
No private car park but public car park very closed, good for driving travelers.
Space enough for 2 pax and lighting is good.
Very big shower room with a small chair, good for elder/handicapped travelers.
