Location: 2 min walk from the main shopping streets. Many supermarkets and stores are even closer. Directly opposite the bus stop from the Airport bus, so very very good location Hotel Room: It's small but very efficient and effective. There is a large desk, tables, 2 chairs and a bed. Everything is modern and clean with a fridge (no freezer). The bathroom is slightly small but not cramped. But because everything was placed well and clean and modern, it feels bigger than it is. There are USB ports and plugs on each side of the bed Hotel Features: There is a laundry room, smoking room and self service luggage storage too. There is no point of the breakfast. The breakfast was one small portion of soup (you have a choice of only 2 flavors) and 1 piece of bread (no options of bread) and coffee or tea (not even any juice or water) - save the money and just go 7-11 instead. Overall: The room is clean. Towels are changed daily and the room is tided each day too with sheets being changed every 3-4 days. The location is good. If the breakfast was better then it's good to stay here as its the only downside.

Convenient location. Right next to 狸小路 and Donki. Plenty of food choices nearby. Free coffee and pastry in the morning is a plus.

Great location, everything within walking distance. Great value for money. The double beds are quite small, better choose the twin bed rooms. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Coffee for free… Can recommend the hotel and would go again….we booked another „b“ hotel already…

The b stands for basic, but the location is excellent. Staff helpfulness is hard to beat. For slightly more money, recommend Karaksa though. No lounge or spa/onsen inside, but there a few small breakfast items (e.g., donuts) and free coffee in the lobby. They also have body lotion. The razors are not good. Booked for 1 adult and 2 kids, but somehow still ended up with only 1 bed in the room.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave me recommendations for restaurants for tourists. The light breakfast consisted of soup and bread that changed daily, but I didn't think I needed to order them.

The airport bus goes directly to the hotel downstairs, which is very convenient. It is called Minami 3-jo Susukino Station. Next to the hotel is Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and there are two convenience stores downstairs. But don't go to Lawson, there is nothing there, it's very weird The room is very new, much better than the one in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and you can turn on the heater... Yes, it was 9 degrees at the end of May... The sound insulation is also good, just right for one person. It's just that it's hard to open the big suitcase.

If you stay consecutively without asking, the room will not be cleaned every day, but the supplies will be replaced. There are coin-operated washing machines and vending machines on the first floor of the hotel. There is free coffee and hot tea in the lobby on the first floor, and free bread in the morning. Luggage is stored in the cabinet at the entrance of the lobby. The hotel also has free umbrellas for rent on rainy days. Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. When checking in, they will explain the precautions in detail to you, and you can communicate in simple English. Ask the staff where to take the bus or go to tourist attractions and you will get enthusiastic help. If you have too much luggage, you can book a taxi to Sapporo Station, which is also very close. With the 200 yen reservation fee, it is only more than 1,000 yen, which is very convenient. Food and Drink: There are many restaurants nearby, and you can eat whatever you want. Tanukikoji has Hokkaido specialty soy sauce ramen and miso ramen, but it is salty. The parfait opposite the hotel is delicious, the real thing is the same as the photo 😋 Tanukikoji is super convenient for shopping, there are many *****tores, Don Quixote is cheaper, but the display is messy. I stayed in a very satisfactory hotel on the first day of coming to Hokkaido, and I will come again next time!

The location was good. I am satisfied with the facilities and services. However, because breakfast is not a Japanese home-cooked meal, I think I'll have to consider it next time I use it.

It was a very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff and a luggage storage space. The free morning snacks were delicious. Makeup remover, lotion, and milky lotion were provided in single-use packs on the first floor, which was very nice.

I chose this hotel with the purpose of enjoying the downtown area while taking a sauna at Niko Refre with my friend! It was the best accommodation in terms of price and location. I look forward to using you again.
