Overall a nice stay and very good central location in Sapporo.

The hotel is located at a strategic place. Nearby hotel got lawson and 7eleven. Walking distance to nearby attractions. No free parking available but paid parking is opposite the hotel with parking fee cheapest 1100yen for 24hrs. Room is spacious, just nice for 4 persons stay.

This is the worst hotel I have encountered in Japan in the past 20 years. When looking for accommodation in Japan, I only care about whether the house area is large enough, and I have never worried about hygiene and service. The hotel I stayed in this time really opened my eyes. There are such dirty and messy hotels with extremely poor service. When I said that the hotel was too dirty and smelled, the hotel staff broke into my house and asked me what was wrong. I pointed it out to him, and the staff said that's it! I didn't say anything with my children at the time, just waited for dawn and left immediately. This is what happened to me. Fortunately, Ctrip helped me a lot later and asked the merchant to refund the money so that I could leave. I hope I won't encounter such an experience again in the future

Check in is convenient, it is about 6 minutes away from Susukino Station on the Namboku Line, and the streetcar is very convenient. There are many convenience stores nearby. The hotel's facilities are simple and sufficient, and there is a simple kitchen for cooking.

There is no breakfast service, but the room is big, which is nice.

Very good apartment, clean, fully furnished, kitchen utensils are also complete, laundry is also very cheap, 100 yen and no need to bring detergent! The location is very convenient, next to the commercial street!

A family of four stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. It's about a 7-minute walk from Susukino Station, and there's a convenience store nearby, which is nice. There's no large public bath, but there is a bathtub, so I was able to relieve my fatigue every day. Towels can be exchanged from 3 to 10 p.m. There's a refrigerator in the room. It was nice to have induction. They say Japanese hotels are small, but this one was a bit bigger and had 4 single beds, so it was nice. The only downside was that there was no cleaning service. Other than that, it was quiet and nice.

I'm not sure about changing towels etc. between 3pm and 10pm. I wish they would do it a little more efficiently.

A great place for a family to stay! I am satisfied with the location, room size, and facilities. Although there is a disadvantage of not being able to clean the kite, there is a bathtub that overcomes that disadvantage, so it is very cost-effective for around 100,000 won.

The room is big enough, the service attitude is good, and the location is good. I will stay here again when I go to Sapporo.
