距離機場一個半小時，去札幌和小樽分別有兩條路，路程都在一個多小時。需要外出一定要提前跟酒店預約車輛，臨時沒有車。
晚上9點後酒店提供小食和自助酒吧，也可以到附近的便利店買吃的，除此之外沒有發現附近其他的餐廳酒吧營業。
房間很不錯，環境很安靜，温泉很舒服，酒店服務很好，提供的餐食都很精緻、好吃。

這個酒店應該是我在北海道7天住的服務和環境最好的酒店了！當打開房門看到窗外漫天的飛雪，真的很治癒，那種疲憊感一下就沒有了！酒店的服務也非常日式，賓至如歸，提供的小點和餅乾也很好吃！房間還有私湯，享受泡着温泉看着雪景真的很贊😎 唯一美中不足的是，周圍並沒有什麼可逛的地方，除非是來滑雪，不然我覺得兩個晚上足夠享受了

定山溪最值得推薦的酒店！每個房間有私湯超級贊，景觀非常好、餐食也非常豐盛。
工作人員服務超級好，尤其表揚Summer事無鉅細的講解。還幫忙安排了出租車送機服務，價格特別優惠！我們聖誕節入住兩晚，酒店貼心準備了小禮物送小朋友❤️明年再見啦！

即使去的時候雪蟲氾濫，酒店內也做到誇張的一塵不染。館內的服務人員都專業且優雅，讓人感到家一般的親切和私密感。下次北海道仍會選擇chalet ivy

房間很新，一泊兩食。
在定山溪温泉酒店之中硬件數一數二，窗外景觀也非常漂亮，走幾步能到温泉街。
服務很好，一層有個免費的咖啡吧，各種北海道小吃和飲品免費提供，還給一張酒卡，可以免費提供四種酒。露台可以坐户外賞景。
房間有温泉，暖氣很好。
