Had an amazing stay at Chalet Ivy, a new modern ryokan with traditional feels.
The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views.
Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done.
One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time.
Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

It should be the newest hot spring hotel in Jozankei! There is a 24-hour beverage area in the lobby where you can eat and drink for free! Dinner was delicious too! It also includes a 2,000 yen drink card, which is good for about two drinks! The service was great too!

The Thai staff at the reception are very lovely. Everyone. The dinner course is my favorite. The waitresses are also lovely. They explain the details of every dish. Thank you to the chef for making delicious food for us to eat. Every dish is beautifully presented. The hotel is clean, luxurious, and looks good. The onsen is very good. Super satisfied with this hotel! I went there two days before the Spring Festival with my family and booked two deluxe family suites for two nights. I soaked in the hot springs in the hotel room and saw the little fox outside the window🦊. So lucky! The hotel's dinner and breakfast were very good. I was also very satisfied with the layout of the room and the hot springs. Although there were two beds, I like to sleep on tatami mats, and they helped me lay the floor mat. I want to go to this store again! It really achieved relaxation and enjoyment😋
