It was unfortunate. On other occasions this would have worked out for us but maybe we just got really unlucky. The lock was really stupid, the instruction was to press the number and then touch the touch pad again, but every time you touch a lock, you will accidentally touch a random number. The trick is just slap your balm on the touch pad instead of using your fingers.
The apartment was tidy, guest parking is on the 1st floor which was covered in snow so it wasn't ideal if it's a heavy snow day. We went out after dropping off our luggage at the apartment and didn't know the wifi wasn't working. I contacted the staff on LINE, however it took me 2 hours of going back and forth with them to convince them that their pocket wifi was completely dead, there's no power on the pocket wifi at all. They sent someone over after an hour to just confirm that the pocket wifi is really dead and it's not because we did anything wrong. They didn't bring any replacement so for the whole stay we had no wifi. There's not a lot to do at night there and I was using a limited data Sim card so there's nothing to do without wifi either.
When we left, I wanted to put the trash in the bin to find out they didn't clean up the recycling bin since the previous guests stayed.
There are a lot of rules and regulations that I wasn't aware of before booking so I'm just sharing them here. Even if we got wifi, it's not unlimited data either.
