Great hotel with complementary (almost all sorts of) alcohol, drinks and snacks. There is even a sled outside the hotel for the kids to play. The down side is there is no Onsen available. Very close to many food and shopping. Daiso and the popular soup curry is just a street away.

Reasonably large room, has a lounge space serving free alcohol drinks and snacks during certain hours of the day.
Is within walking distance to main shopping district. ClubMed Kiroro bus has a pick up stop right in front of this hotel.

Warm and friendly welcome by hotel staff who efficiently checked us into our two rooms. The location of the hotel is great as it is between Odori Park and the Susukino area and close to bus stops and subway stations. The hotel was warm and cosy for our winter trip and the rooms were warm on our arrival. The rooms were cosy with everything we needed for our stay including tea/coffee/kettle and a shower and bath (to warm up after a day in the snow!) The hotel staff helped with a problem with our mobile phone - thank you! We enjoyed a drink in the lounge in the reception area in the evenings while watching the snow fall outside. We would love to stay here again!

The staff were very helpful and attended to all our queries. The bunker beds were excellent for the kids, with a night light on their beds. The location is just right and next to the shopping street and sea food market
