The hotel photos on the booking link were inconsistent with the actual hotel, the location was inaccurate, and the phone call couldn't be reached. No service to speak of. Also, it is written as a hotel here, but in fact it is just like a famous hotel, it is an apartment, and the staying experience is not good!
Later, I had to help Ctrip customer service to successfully check in and find the correct customer service phone number. However, the customer service staff did not speak Chinese or English and could not communicate. We booked for 3 nights and there was no cleaning. In short, there was no communication and it was a lot of inconvenience.
The only good thing is that the room is suitable for family travel, but the inability to communicate really detracts from the check-in experience!

The location of the propery is excellent, it's about 5-10min walking distance to the train station, countless konbinis are nearby and Odori Park can be reached by walking for about 15min as well. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The self check-in instructions were detailed and made it an easy task. The only negative thing I have to say, is that there are no English manuals for the washing machine or the microwave. That would have made things a lot easier. But apart from that everything has been perfect and I recommend the place for everyone who stays in Sapporo for 3 days or longer.
