The cubicles are tiny but very clean and very nice. Can't be beat for location and price. The staff was helpful and they do not speak enlgish but haveeeeeeelittle translation device. It is amazingly well set up and organized. I was really impressed with all the facilities there.

Someone hit me while I was sleeping, I asked the staff for CCTV, but they refused and said they couldn't find those people. I will never come back here again~~ I paid for 3 nights but cancelled 2 nights. The worst guesthouse.

There are many restaurants in the same building, so you can eat and drink at reasonable prices.

It was getting late so I decided to stay at the Susukino. I was impressed with how clean and well-equipped the capsule hotel was. For breakfast I went to the Route Inn, which is part of the same chain, and it was delicious and satisfying. I think I'll use it again.

It's very small inside and the soundproofing is very poor. The most outrageous thing is that you can't stay inside from 10 am to 4 pm. They said they would clean it, but when I went back, I found that it was not cleaned and there were several stains on the quilt. The price is not low. It's better to stay in other hotels. At least they won't wake you up at 10 am every day. It's just embarrassing for guests 😅
