This hotel has no negative reviews on the Internet. I felt very obvious micro discrimination when I stayed there. First of all, the Chinese and English version of the hotel's manner guides are different. The Chinese version is a bit weird. I won't say what the words imply. I feel very strange when I send it to all my friends. Secondly, while waiting to check in, I called a female employee three times to ask her about the check-in process in a friendly way. I was ignored three times because she was busy entertaining a few Japanese people. I couldn't stand it anymore. I didn't expect to meet racists in the hotel with the highest single-night cost on this trip. I walked up to her and asked her. She said she was not stuff but a tour guide, and then pretended not to understand English and walked away. The look in her eyes was full of arrogance and disgust. To be honest, I have rarely seen foreigners look at me like this in all these years in the UK. Then I don't know if this woman is lying or what, I saw her again in the hotel the next day. If she is not an employee, why is she standing at the front desk to receive other Japanese people? Even if she is not an employee, why does she treat me with such an absurd attitude? The man who checked me in later was a man who knelt down to talk to me the whole time, but the communication was not smooth. He could understand me speaking English, but he couldn't express himself clearly, and often mumbled and stopped talking. I wrote feedback to them about these issues, but I didn't receive any active contact from the hotel. If the person I met is really a racist, Chinese girls should pay attention.

The inn itself seems old, but the bathroom facilities were new and clean, the lounge and large public bath were well maintained, and the service was excellent. The meals were based on the theme of being healthy for the body, so overall the food was mild and the portions were small. Still, perhaps because we ate slowly, we ended up full. There was also free alcohol and sweets, so we enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn't have enough time. We were also grateful for the free shuttle service, which we took advantage of. Next time we'd like to stay for multiple nights.
