Green Room Hotel

The roof of the room is very scary. It is impossible to live on the upper bunk bed. There is a window on the tatami that cannot be closed. The child slept on the tatami and was blown by the cold wind. We had no choice but to use the quilt to block the window. It hit the snow. The staff asked us to pay for cleaning. Don’t you clean the quilt every time? Why can’t the window be closed? There is no fresh air system in the room. It is snowing heavily and it is minus 10 degrees. Do you want to open a big window? OK. The check-out time is 10 am. At 9:30, there was a sound at the door. Two staff members were holding tools to clean the room. They would not let you stay for a minute. I have never encountered a check-out at 10 o'clock. Even if it must be 10 o'clock, can you come back one minute after 10 o'clock? It is very rude! Ctrip can stop cooperating with the store. The price is so expensive and the service experience is extremely poor. I have seen that several reviews are bad!

酒店不在市區中心，距地鐵步行10分鐘以內，去逛街坐地鐵2-3站。自助辦理入住，需要自己提前把訊息錄入到他發的郵件連結裏，整棟兩間房，一間在2樓，一間在3樓，沒有電梯，需要自己把行李拖上去，1樓沒有可以休息的地方，如果早到沒到入住時間需要站在門外等候。 房間算比較大的，兩個上下鋪，但上鋪離頂很緊且水泥天花板很壓抑很黑。整個廳除了床邊的小燈其他所有燈只有一個開關控制，要麼全開要麼全關，且燈光昏暗。洗手間與浴室分開，洗手間洗手盆無熱水，浴室洗手盆熱水不穩定，最不能忍受的是玄關走廊一個正對室內的窗户無窗簾遮擋，外面就是正對馬路和對面的居住小區，晚上室內亮燈看的很清楚。房間設施：有冰箱、有微波爐，有兩個很大的垃圾桶，如果連住兩天，無人清理垃圾。
