In order to ski New Year's Day, I stayed here using Sapporo winter discounts near the taine ski area. 5000 yen discount for 6000 yen per night and a smile coupon for 2000 yen. I also received a discount ticket that can be used in the nearby shopping street with a privilege, but because of the closing day of the store, we took the relief measures available for the purchase of sales in the hotel. I was able to eat high cup noodles that I had never bought, and I was lucky to have some sweets! There was also a free distribution of tanuki soba and Mikan, and it was New Year's Eve. It was really helpful to drive to the ski area. I was really sorry to sleep. . . The light came to the horizon with a lot of clouds, and it was a long time after sunrise. But the skiing while enjoying the rare scenery is very memorable and I feel good to come. I think it is the best location as a place to stay for ski purposes. I am sincerely grateful for the services of various 々. I want to see you again.

Highly recommend this hotel during winter as it’s connected to Sapporo Station for your daily commute and meals! Do travel via GF to hotel with luggages as from B1 there are flight of stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down. Room was spacious, enough for us to open up 3 big luggages with a room of 3 sleeping. Staff were friendly and responsive! The underground walkway can link through to Odori station too!

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!

家族3人で1泊しました。 エキストラベッドを入れると少し部屋は狭いですが(スーツケースを広げるとスペースが無くなる)、最近改装されたのかとても綺麗でした。 大浴場があります。露天風呂もありますが景色は見れません。ですが外気に当たり気持ち良いです。大浴場もこまめに清掃されて清潔でした。 繁忙期で宿泊客が多いからか、チェックイン時間がキッチリ決まっており、「4時にチェックインのお客様〜お待たせしました〜チェックイン開始します〜」と案内されました。皆さんロビーで待機されていました。 レストランは使用していませんが、朝食の雰囲気、とても良かったです。 札幌駅からは少し遠い(徒歩20分くらいでしょうか)ですが、のんびり歩いて、大通りやすすきのなど札幌市内の散策も良いかと思います。

This is a brand new hotel in Susukino area. The access is so convenient, connected to a mall and there’s a Lawson at the ground floor. Staff can’t speak English well, but they tried their best to communicate with me. I stay at the standard room, it was not too big but very clean. Heater works well, and all room amenities can be found at the lobby. Thank you so much for making my 4D3N memorable!

The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition.
Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous.
If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀
Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure!
Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

77samuraiWe visited Sapporo for the snow festival in Feb 2020. We selected the Leopalace based on location/price and reviews. On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

Booked a triple room & size is considered acceptable for Japan standard. Room is clean & well equipped wt TV, wifi, hair dryer, fridge etc. However, water bottle was only provided once on check in & thereafter no refill of water bottle. Vending machine & ice dispenser are available on my floor.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.

Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place.
The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same.
(It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

JJajiA very new hotel with an ideal location and environment. The surrounding transportation facilities are complete. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. I am very satisfied with my stay with my friends this time. The service staff were very polite and patient in answering our questions. The hygiene level was very good and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It is worth recommending to friends.

GGuest UserOf this 5-day trip, it was only 1 night and 2 days, but I was able to experience it with color 々. １． First of all, regarding the time of booking, this time, Haneda-New Chitose － Sapporo-Use public transportation. When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel ３. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. ２． Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” ３． The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use.
