Was ok, dated apartment, very musty and unable to lock windows. Easy check in and check out but be aware there is no physical reception anymore.

Hotel located a little way out of town with a beautiful beach.
The beach is the highlight, the fine, soft stone beach is perfect for playing.
The resort isn't actually a hotel, but a serviced apartment complex where rooms are also rented out. Most are long-term rentals.
And that's the problem, there is no service, none! The reception is closed and there is a sign saying that you should only call the hotline in an emergency. In all other cases a service charge of 50 AUD is charged. The fact that we were able to check in was only a coincidence because the cleaning ladies helped us. We couldn't reach the reception. There is also no place to eat in the complex, not even breakfast.

The location is next to a gas station near the highway. It's not easy to find. The room is large and clean, but there is no WiFi, and there is almost no signal for mobile phones there. There is no one at the counter. You have to use English to communicate with the staff via SMS.

We chose to stay here as there was photo's showing a bar and grill, we were coming for 2 nights and didn't want to have to come and go. There was absolutely no food options out there at all and at least 10 minutes from anywhere. They have gorgeous big spa's in the bedroom only you can't use them as spa's. I could go on, but there's only so much space. Would not recommend

This is my second stay in a month. Having the view of the ocean after a long drive is so relaxing. Enjoyed a quick swim in the pool upon arriving. The accommodation is clean and having a washing machine and dryer is a big plus.

Terrible!
Very uncomfortable, strange smell, unfinished and tired, visible mould in bathrooms, kids bed was broken. Decided to leave a day early as couldn’t bear another night.

Don’t waste your money. Stay at another place when in the Coffs area. Worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed at.

Where do I start with what we didn't like. Check in was a nightmare and no one would answer our calls . Had to email, finally got a text with required code an hour after arrival but no call back. Zero personal service. Room was small which was ok but the shower in the spa bath was too difficult and dangerous for either of us to use. Website showed a restaurant but this was long shut so there was no access to food . Terrible terrible terrible. Would give s zero if I could . Entire property looked tired and run down. Upper cupboard was coming away from the wall in our room . Would never recommend.
