"Hotel staff reception can communicate in English well. Special thank you to TiJ who helped us, extra miles during our stay. The room itself need improvement. We found small cockroach and a lot of spider web on the ceiling. Bathroom shower floor always wet. They provide used slipper, not new one. Breakfast has quite varieties with OK taste. Location is great, walking distance within Sa Pa downtown."

One of the best parts was the view from the room—absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The facilities were excellent and very complete. I especially appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made my stay even more convenient. What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They helped me rent a motorbike easily and even assisted in buying a bus ticket to Hanoi. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and beautiful surroundings!"

"The hotel is clean and tidy the staff below serve enthusiastically the service is not as expected because the owner is the most mean in the Gulf of Tonkin Mang Tien Loi three-star hotel chased my driver like a beggar and said that my family booked a room at the price on chip.com that did not match the price she rented and she made it difficult for customers, scolded customers and made us unhappy when coming to her hotel I hope trip coins will take care of this to satisfy my need to book rings at other locations because the owner is too mean. A barbaric service attitude, I'm afraid I won't dare to come to this hotel next time"

"I booked backpacker rooms because i can’t sleep in the room alone,when i reach there, there is no one i literally occupied the whole room. 😅 Owner is good, they provides towel, shampoo, toothbrush and water. For the price i think it’s fair. Just a little misunderstanding for the booking coz when i paid it includes breakfast, but its not. No complain on that."

"The best place in Sapa. The most attentive employees. I really liked the girl at the reception in a white blouse, the guy who took the luggage was very attentive and the security guard downstairs, guarding the entrance on the ground floor - these three were always smiling and helping. Thanks to them, it was always nice to return to the hotel after a hard day. I definitely recommend you to visit"

"The room was very new and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, the location was quite difficult to find. If there had been a heater, it would have been absolutely perfect."

"It's really close to Sun Plaza and just near the centre.But when you go to the hotel, the whole way up there is slop.Get ready!!They let me put my baggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. No English -No problem.The Customer service is so good.There is a good restaurant with affordable prices just near the hotel."

"An Unforgettable Birthday Stay at Hotel de la Coupole Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Hotel de la Coupole! Although we weren’t lucky enough to have clear skies during our Fansipan visit, our experience at the hotel more than made up for it. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Miss Anh (Ann) from the front desk truly made us feel at home — a wonderful example of genuine Vietnamese warmth and care. Breakfast was another highlight. The food selection was fantastic, the views were beautiful, and Christine (Giang) made sure we were always comfortable, checking in to see if we needed anything. I was so touched and surprised when she brought out a cake — what a lovely way to start celebrating my birthday! Dinner at Chic was equally memorable. Our table was beautifully decorated with rose petals, making my birthday dinner even more special. A big thank you to Pineapple and her team for their thoughtful gestures and attentive service — it made the evening unforgettable. I also want to thank Ta for assisting us as we checked out, and the rest of the staff who contributed to such a wonderful stay. Celebrating my birthday at Hotel de la Coupole was truly a memorable experience — not only because of the elegant surroundings but because of the people who made it feel like home. I can’t wait to return and see everyone again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Since the hotel is located quite high up, they even helped us carry our luggage all the way up — which we really appreciated! The room was super beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. One of our friends lost the key to her luggage padlock, and they kindly helped to cut it open (with a saw!) until it worked — such lifesavers! 😄 They also prepared breakfast early just for us because we had to check out earlier than usual. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sapa!"

"The room was very clean overall. The location was also great, close to attractions. The shop also rents out motorbikes, making them very convenient for getting around. The shop owners were very welcoming and even gave us some delicious food when we left."
