Fiquei extremamente chateado pois fiz reserva para dois adultos (minha esposa e eu) e também para meu filho de 12 anos. Chegando no hotel me cobraram 300,00 reais a mais pelo meu filho, sendo que informei sobre ele na reserva pelo TRIP e paguei pela hospedagem dele. Me senti enganado.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos por todos os profissionais, muito educados e prestativos. O serviço de praia é ótimo, toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Piscina, jacuzzi e vista mar incríveis! Restaurante muito bom, comidas frescas e saborosas, atendimento do Alexandre, Cleiton e demais, excelente. Equipe da manutenção ótima e atenciosos. Adoramos a experiência, com certeza voltaremos.

Conforto, beleza e uma excelente prestação de serviços. Todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Um excelente lugar tanto para casais, como família. Tem diversão para todos, inclusive monitores. Não usamos os serviços do Spa, mas tudo o que existe no resort, já é muito relaxante.

Atendimento ótimo, localização excelente, a praia é linda e tranquila. Vale muito a pena. Já é a minha quinta estadia no hotel. E a experiência é sempre ótima. O serviço de praia é muito bom, a equipe que monta as cadeiras extremamente educada e solícita, assim como todos os funcionários de todos os setores. O mobiliário é novo, enfim, super recomendo. Me sinto em casa, e já tenho programação para retornar.

Quarto super confortável, cama macia, chuveiro quente… Área externa, piscina climatizada perfeita, espreguiçadeiras, restaurante, tudo perfeito.. Os atendentes muito simpáticos, todos… em especial os 03 que mais nos atenderam os 2 dias que ficamos no resort (Thaís, Cleiton e Gabriel), muito agradáveis, simpáticos, atenciosos… Só elogios, voltaremos com certeza

Localização perfeita, os funcionários extremamente atenciosos e educados, Clayton em especial se mostrou extremamente aos clientes! Mas TODOS são excepcionais , manutenção , etc. acomodações excelentes, td muito limpo e organizado. O hotel oferece brinquedos para as crianças brincarem na praia, pranchas infantis,etc. recreação tbm muito bacana. A piscina limpa e climatizada. Uma jacuzzi muito confortável tbm. A comida ainda poderia melhorar. Mas de um modo geral , gostamos demais dá experiência! Voltaremos com toda a certeza!
