From all the hotels I have ever stayed in Brazil this the Gran Estamplaza is by far the best one. The excellency of the staff, the admirable beauty of the infrastructure, all the services offered,and then breathtaking tall glass ceiling ballroom style restaurant, accompanied by the most delightful live piano presentation (graciously delivered by leonardo Ramos pianist) are some of the things that make the experience unique and memorable. Impossible not to fall in love with this hotel. It’s sophisticated,comfortable, stunningly beautiful, gastronomically inclined fitting to most dietitian restrictions… Can’t wait to return next week. For now on when I go to SP I am only staying there. 😍

This hotel was the first Wyndham in Brazil, and it is noticeable in the rooms and mainly in the bathroom, especially the shower could be a little better, and the liquid shampoos and sabbles could stop less. Breakfast is very good, it has good cost/benefit compared to other hotels in the region and, if you are in car, it has the advantage of being outside the rodízio area.

Hyatt Discoverist. Was in Sao Paolo for business and overall it was a very good stay. Pros: - Rooms: clean and big. - Full service hotel: has everything you need on campus. - Gym: big with varied equipment. - Breakfast: lots of varied options. - Outdoor pool: looked nice, was unable to use due to weather. - Location: has enough stuff nearby if you want to eat outside the hotel. Cons: - Dated: while the hotel is clean and upkept very well, it is showing it's age - very mid 2000s. - Limited menu at restaurant: the onsite restaurant had a very repetitive limited menu.

I am from the US, this was my first business trip to São Paulo, and I am very glad I chose this hotel. The location is great, the views are great, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast Buffett was AMAZING! So many options like fresh fruit, fresh juice, and many many other options including Brazilian food I will not try to spell. I have executive status with Marriott; the executive lounge happy hour is exceptional with the complimentary cocktails and at typically 4+ options for Brazilian appetizers. My room was so spacious, including a stocked refrigerator in case I run out of water or feel like a beer. The room was exceptionally clean/tidy each day, and the staff, specifically Denise, was so thoughtful in tidying up my room. I kept forgetting my power adapter when I left for the day so I wrote a reminder note on the desk “bring power adapter”, so I could remember it when I walked out of the door. When I came back I found a new adapter for me to use so I wouldn’t forget to bring my other one to the office each day. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated!!! Denise truly was the difference between a good stay and a great stay!

I have been to many countries but never have i experienced such amazing people, the friendliest I've seen ... always willing to help. You are sure to have thee best time ever. Highly recommended for families. Such warm hearted, welcoming people. Although very well located , close to Morumbi Shopping Mall, the parking lot is a mess, either arriving or when exiting or leaving. There's no place to park, and there are not enough valet parking personnel to attend. Waiting more than 1 hour to park the car, and more than 30 min to receive the car when leaving, and at a very high price. The Hotel is fine, apartment was very COLD, no heating on air conditioner, and when asked at front desk, they provided a ripped blanked ( packed and Clean) but we have to ask for 2 instead. Bathroom in fair and old condition, towels and soap were not bad, but looked like a very cheap motel style stuff. The shower is good and hot, however my wife had issues to shower without wetting her hair, as the shower was on the ceiling. Mattress was old and deformed demanding a new one. My spine did not liked it. Breakfast is good, Juices we're fair, fruits were fresh, but the bread could be fresher, some of them were very hard to eat. Coffe were good at coffee machines. Sound at Cafeteria could be better selected for a morning breakfast, with a lounge light selection and not a heavy rock instead.

The hotel is not a real Radisson. I know that Radisson has a licensed contract with some hotels, but they are not Radisson - which is a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is well located if you will be at berrini region. Breakfast is well served with good options. Rooms are large but pretty basic, nothing really special. I did not like the bathroom: they are pretty old, need some refurbish and illumination is not the best. My problem about the hotel was the service, it is pretty bad. My welcome was ridiculous, I arrive at the hotel at 11am in a Monday. Apparently I was revived by the manager...after doing the checkin he informed me that the room was ready but since the hotel standard checkin is 2pm I would need to pay 50% more on the daily. To me doesn’t make any sense, specially if the room was ready to me...looks like a scam. When I complained saying: it was a good time when hotels offered early checkin for free, he replied ironically in a passive aggressive way: In fact we offer for free but after 12:30pm feel free to wait here and try your luck. My true desire was to walk away...but after 9h flight plus 2h of traffic to get there I just wanted to take a shower. So I accepted. To my surprise, next to me there was a young lady doing checkin without any luggage. She was informed about the same hotel rule, but when protesting the same guy who was attending me said to the other receptionist: just a second that I will release her in the system. It was really shocking... Strangely this girl was alone without luggage but as soon as we entered together in the elevator another guy (without luggage as well) followed her, entering in the room with her. He did not checkin in the hotel by the way. I really don’t want to do any judgement but the whole behavior looks super weird - I just know that I don’t want to be in this kind of hotel. Speaking about service: in the room the cleaning part is not good. It was incredible hot in São Paulo, so one day I left one of my keys inside the room with air conditioner on, the cleaning lady took it off and I kept only with a key. The general experience should be Re-think.

My family likes very much to stay at Ibis. Whenever we travel we look forward to stay at a Ibis hotel that is located near our destination. Breakfast is really good as well as the bedrooms. The only aspect that I think can be improved is the check-in. The last two experiences took more time than we expected.
