I first faced the fact that the parking was paid, although the ad describes that the service is ”available” - which leads to a doubtful interpretation. and my family (wife and son under 02 years), on a smoker floor - I think it was not sensitive. In continuous act, when I arrived in the room, I noticed that the berce for my son was not mounted; there was only one couple bed. When I asked for that berce, I was questioned whether in my reservation I had made this comment: I had to show the reservation made on the ”Trip” website, where I observed the stay of my son - which, of course, indicates the need for a berce, The hotel's breakfast was one of the worst that I have ever seen. I stayed in the dining room (about 25 minutes), and I was a little more than a few minutes away from the hotel. It was not made available, if you want, bread - and since it was observed by all the other guests who were in the room that day.

The ibis standard room, but a little broader than the conventional. It can be improved by offering a greater selection of channels for example. Good comfort. Laundry offers an excellent service. A simple breakfast, you need to improve a lot, I asked for a omelet and I was denied, a absurd. Imagine paying more than 300 reals and a simple request is not accepted... another simple change that you need to observe, if the guest arrives 2 or 3 hours before check-in and there is room availability offer and not cover half a day, This is a way of pleaseing the client, a courtesy that will be remembered. I did not like that with me, even being platinum All, I prefer to leave to check in after to not pay half a day.

Very nice place near metro station. Got 2 food stores in 2 min.walk. Shopping center nearby and many eating places for any price range preferred. Breakfast is english style - eggs, sausages, ham, cheese - all in a few varieties, pastry and fruits, drink, etc. No frills but very good. Room service fast and accurate. Toilet and shower is one room. Very small and old-fashioned. Not spacey and a little inconvenient for big people. Rooms are clean, aircon working silently and it's working! Thin doors'n'walls and you hear all noizes from the corridor and neighbor rooms - sometimes may be not good. Hotel stuff is very friendly and positive!

I stayed in a triple apartment Saturday to Sunday and I was very happy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Morning coffee was not a similar one, extreme care with the covid, they provided us with gloves, always replacing the items they were finishing. I will be fregatic, congratulations to the owners and all the team.

When I stayed at the E-Suites CGH hotel in 27/09/22 I ended up staying in room 116, where I found a badly-sleeping “hypoallergenic” shirt inside a bag open in the dresser, with several brown sleeves. I ended up using it because I was very sleepy. In order to ensure less light in the room, I covered the magic eye with hygienic paper, preventing the entry of light. This is that on the day 01/10/22, arrival at the E-Suites hotel at 13:00, I receive the same room 116. In the place I realize that the magic eye continues to be covered, with the same hygienic paper. When I looked for a cover in the closet I took a coat of the same color and size as in the previous stay and there I found exactly the same coat, with the same ugly dirt that can be checked in the photos below. I try to imagine how many people may have used the same bed-dress, who should have followed strict hygiene standards and had no minimal care. How many people have sleeped there in days 28, 29 and 30/09? And how many more people might have used the coat in the days before the 27th? Moreover, with the marks I found, I leave to the imagination of who read to describe what could be. On the same day 01/10, when the reception was down to make a formal complaint in the complaint Book, I was informed that the hotel is “sustainable” and does not have a physical book for that purpose. It is not public record of anything.

値段と立地はよかった。また部屋全体は新しくてきれいだし、部屋同士の騒音は気にならない（廊下で誰かがしゃべってるととてもうるさいので廊下と部屋の間の壁の厚みにかなりの違いがある）
だから全体的にまたサンパウロに来たらここに泊まると思うのですが残念な点および注意点です。
・チェックインがめんどくさい。フォームにいろいろ書かなくてはならず、時間がかかります。受付が混んですごく待たされる可能性が高いデス（そのような場面を目撃しました）。私はすでにサンパウロにいたので11時には到着してチェックインをすませたのでスムーズでした
・インターネットが使えないと書いていた人がいたが使えます。ただ安定しない（ブチブチ切れたり）可能性があります。私はアマプラみれました。時々とまってしまうこともありましたが。
・掃除は有料50レアルかかります、タオル交換などは無料でしてもらえます。ですがこちらがWhat’sAppで聴かないと教えてもらえません。私は2日の滞在なのでしませんでした。
・シャワーは10分以上出しっぱなしにするとお湯が出ます。お湯になるまで待ちましょう。
・キッチン道具は鍋はかしてもらえた。ほかはないみたい。後ドライヤーも借りれました。
・多々不具合があることが予想されます。シャワー・キッチンなど。ちなみにカギはキーをもらっても（番号を教えてもらう）一度もあかなかったです・・・( ´∀｀ )部屋のドアをあけてもらいたいときは部屋の前からwhat'sAppであけてとメッセージしなくてはならず面倒でした。
それでも部屋は申し分なく、値段と立地（便利かつ安全そう）を考えてもお勧めします。
不具合についてはやっぱり・・・！みたいな感じで、不運に当たったと思わず（レビューを見ると皆さんそうみたいだから）それ込みでこの値段だと割り切りましょう。

Although very well located , close to Morumbi Shopping Mall, the parking lot is a mess, either arriving or when exiting or leaving. There's no place to park, and there are not enough valet parking personnel to attend. Waiting more than 1 hour to park the car, and more than 30 min to receive the car when leaving, and at a very high price. The Hotel is fine, apartment was very COLD, no heating on air conditioner, and when asked at front desk, they provided a ripped blanked ( packed and Clean) but we have to ask for 2 instead. Bathroom in fair and old condition, towels and soap were not bad, but looked like a very cheap motel style stuff. The shower is good and hot, however my wife had issues to shower without wetting her hair, as the shower was on the ceiling. Mattress was old and deformed demanding a new one. My spine did not liked it. Breakfast is good, Juices we're fair, fruits were fresh, but the bread could be fresher, some of them were very hard to eat. Coffe were good at coffee machines. Sound at Cafeteria could be better selected for a morning breakfast, with a lounge light selection and not a heavy rock instead.
