For those who are looking for a hotel in the centre of SP, this may be an option, but don't leave to stay without prior reservation, the value of the balcony is extremely high. I recommend high, mainly because of the lift competition, delayed due to the high demand for staff in shopping on March 25 and Brás. Breakfast is much more or less. Careful walking around the region, it's dangerous, I always recommend Uber, taxi or any vehicle.

I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

Stayed 3 nights during the weekend for a friend’s wedding and everything was PERFECT! Employees are super welcoming, always smiling and willing to help! Great breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable! Special thanks to Aline and Tiago, they provided support post and during stay as I arranged the honeymoon room for the bride and groom. Ibis Tatupé is still new, so it is in good condition compared to others in the network. The room is larger than the budget version and smaller than the styles version, spacious bathroom. Lights a little dark, good wifi, but not super fast. Morning coffee and parking paid for part, but I did not use (parking is paid per day and with a manubrist, for whom it doesn't care to leave your car in the hands of others). Super gentle careers (but all without mask, which I think is a problem, given that the pandemic has not ended). The hotel is located just a few steps from the metro Tatupé and CPTM station, a 25-minute train from the international airport. The room was clean, there were noise-free windows and it was possible to hear the train passed by less than 500 metres, the street was moved, but the room was not noisy. Good beds, for the moment.

I first booked this reservation for 3 days, just to attend the Anime Friends event near there. But I changed my plan and stayed for one week, so I could visit some parents and attend the São Paulo soccer team game. I will divide my opinions into topics. The staff: Was very kind and helped me with all my requests. I just felt the staff in the restaurant was overloaded with breakfast and dinner time. The cleaning staff did a great job, they cleaned my room every day. The menu/food: Simple. They don't have a lot of options on the menu for the launch and dinner time. For breakfast, I think it could have more options, like Brazilian savories (coxinha, pão de queijo, pasteis). The room: Loved it. It's big and beautiful. It has light switches and power plugs all over the place, it'd be great if they have 220v in the power plugs, but luckily my equipment has dual voltage. The bed is very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is great, too! But could have a soap there. Location: This is one of the best locations you can have in São Paulo. Near the Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, which you access from there almost every place in the city, 30-40 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes by car from a mall. My only bad experience was in one night due to a little ”party” that the room next to mine was throwing. They were talking loudly and punched the wall sometimes, was a pain to sleep that night. Overall, is a great place to stay. I sure want to come back more times in the future.

The hotel offers a fair price. The accommodation is simple, the room is well clean, comfortable beds, the cleaning service is performed every day. Excellent service for all staff. I didn't use breakfast, so I can't evaluate it.
