Hotels in Minhocao, Sao Paulo

The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.

Minha sorte ter chegado em horário comercial. O local é ótimo, a vista do 32 andar é incrivel. Mas o prédio está em reforma na fachada e isso seria importante ser divulgado. A cama do apartamento é muito ruim. Somente se você adora camas muito duras. =(

The room wasn't very large, but it had two bedrooms and a living room. It smelled strongly. At night, the temperature was over 10 degrees Celsius, which was a bit chilly. There were no quilts, only blankets, and I barely managed to keep warm even with three layers of blankets. It was very noisy near the road, with cars rumbling all night long. The old windows were drafty and not soundproof, and the living room window wouldn't lock. There was a patio outside, making it easily accessible. The breakfast was decent, but definitely not comparable to other places in China. The value for money wasn't there. The room didn't provide any free drinking water.

So I liked the restaurant. breakfast and dinner, buffet, the staff of both the kitchen, and the very efficient reception, thank you and even the next.

It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours. Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

The hotel is simple, as it was expected for the price, but very clean, with a good breakfast, recently refurbished.

The hotel is in an old building and the facilities were not renovated over time, but everything was working and the daily rate was consistent with the structure. Only the bathroom stall, which I found very small. If you had any mobility issues, you certainly wouldn't be able to shower safely.
