The breakfast is average value for money, with few varieties, but in Sao Paulo, it's not a big problem to live in a quiet and safe area. If you have a high budget for business trips, I recommend this place. Recommended!
The room was OK, relatively large and spacious. Although not new, it was not bad. We arrived early and the hotel had not yet cleaned up the room, so we had to wait a long time, but overall it was OK. There was a tall young girl at check-in, and the service was average. Everything else was good, except for the bad morning.
It is a luxury five-star hotel. The lobby is very stylish and the experience is very good! Although there are already psychological expectations for South American hotels, Renaissance is still about the same level as domestic. It is worthy of this price.

I love this hotel. The highlight is the staff, always friendly and welcoming. In addition to being delicious, the breakfast was accompanied by a sensational pianist (Léo Ramos). The size and comfort of the room is another difference. Additionally, hotels use olfactory marketing, taking advantage of aromas that can be smelled before entering the hotel lounge.
Located in Faria Lima, the security is very good, and there are many good restaurants around. The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, but the quality of the restaurant's products is quite good, breakfast and dinner are good, and the hotel is also a good choice if you don't want to go out to eat.
The room is big, but the bed is small. Hotels here do not provide shower caps proactively, you need to ask for them. The water flow for the shower is large enough and the floor drain is fine. The hotel breakfast is normal, the staff is very friendly, there are many restaurants around, but don't eat at the Japanese restaurant next to the hotel, it's too unpalatable.
The room in the photo looked great, but in person it was quite disappointing given the lack of good maintenance (for a hotel of this category, in one of the most important cities in Brazil). The room is well distributed, and the fact that it has a small sofa is very good, in addition to the complimentary water.
However, the headboard of the bed with the lining peeling off leaves a disgusting and very bad appearance, the infiltration in the booth, stains on the shower floor, chipped bedside table and lack of cleaning (sticky glass marks that I had to clean). Very boring and in a certain way frustrating.

JJosephClean and comfortable. Room might be a little cramp but it's well furnished and thoughtful in it's design. WiFi is good. All staff are friendly and well trained. The lobby team is helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is good but selection is limited and exactly the same daily. Do take note this hotel does not provide toothbrushes (if it matters to you).
AAnonymous UserIt is really a safe and comfortable place to live in. You can meet people from different countries. Free breakfast and you can also store your luggage there.
SSERGEYAt check-out they were told to pay for the water I didn't take from the refrigerator. Naturally, I didn't do it.
I asked for a printing document, the printer did not work.
English do not know at all.
GGALAXYComfortable room, great shower, and breakfast food was very good being not huge but nicely chosen with fresh juices and nice coffee. Great staff, friendly and good communication.
MMikeThe location is excellent, especially when the whole Av.Paulista was closed in Zhouyue, and the activities of the people were also mentioned. It was only two intersections after walking. It was an interesting activity. The breakfast in the hotel was also good and the room was large.
AAilvyoudemayimingBecause the location is near Paulista Avenue,
Stayed for one night and wanted to cook noodles
The boss is very good,
Tell you how to use fire and where the tableware is
I live in a 2-person room.
I don't know why I sleep at night,
The next day my face was swollen.
The sheets are very dirty
There are bugs.
CCameron YoungbloodI extended my stay for the following reasons: the people and the service. Quality and genuine interactions, the facilities are worth the price. This place is more for people who are looking to make new acquaintances and enjoy a wonderful area of Sao Paulo while on a budget. Thank you for extending your kindness and hospitality.
