Sao Paulo Republica Hotels

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, none of them. There are security guards 24 hours downstairs, and the hotel is in the bustling city center. I will stay here next time I come to Brazil.

The hotel is in the center. Close to everywhere. The rooms are big enough. The breakfast is with limited choices. The day time it is ok but the night time it turns a scenery from the walking dead tv series. Must be very carefully.

Hotel in the center, the breakfast is great and the restaurant right in front is delicious. The room is spacious and very clean.

The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.

After checking in, a hotel review can be based on the following aspects: 1. Room Environment: This includes the room's cleanliness, comfort, lighting, ventilation, and whether the room's amenities are complete and functioning properly. 2. Service Quality: This includes the front desk, room service, food and beverage services, security measures, and the staff's service attitude and professionalism. 3. Facilities: This includes whether the hotel's public areas, fitness facilities, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, etc. meet the advertised needs and meet the guests' needs. 4. Location and Transportation: This includes whether the hotel's location is convenient and easy to find, as well as the surrounding transportation conditions and the availability of transportation. 5. Value for Money: This includes whether the hotel's price is reasonable and commensurate with the services provided, and whether it would be worth staying again. 6. Safety and Hygiene: This includes whether the hotel's safety measures are in place, including fire prevention and anti-theft measures, as well as whether the hygiene standards are up to standard. When conducting reviews, be objective and impartial, acknowledging the hotel's strengths while also highlighting any shortcomings to help the hotel improve its service quality and provide reference information for other potential guests.

The hotel is super centrally located. There are restaurants on almost every corner, as well as supermarkets. The hotel staff were all super nice to us and to the other guests. Unfortunately, due to the construction, it was quite noisy and it was difficult to sleep. (See picture - there were gaps around the air conditioning where you could look outside) The air conditioning barely managed to cool the room :( The bathroom could do with being renovated and the Towels were super washed out and therefore thin.You could see that.The lobby and breakfast area was renovated, which already looked good!Maybe it will continue...

It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours. Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

Near the old town, very lively. There is a historic restaurant near the hotel, the environment is great, the food is delicious. The hotel facilities are complete, the key is to come to the room air conditioning and heating in winter! Stayed for more than 10 nights.
