I, my husband and son, are already customers of the Villa Galé network, because of their international standards, so when we booked, we had already imagined to find a great hotel. And the network has surprised us, the hotel has a special decoration if it resembles a European art museum, with a beautiful decoration, a parfume that is equal in all its network and extremely guest-friendly and attaching to the guest looking for a place to rest. Comfortable, good food, sensational care. I only recommend ... who never stayed in a hotel in the Villa Galé network should know.

It is said to be the best hotel in Sao Paulo. It is my first time here. Everything is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the rooms are very high-end. Recommended!

The Internet was slow and I managed to connect with Corp wifi. Wifi is important for foreign travelers, so you should provide it properly as long as the site says ”yes”. If not, I think it is equivalent to fraud. It is malicious as well as photo fraud. So I write this in Japanese and techniques so that it can be transmitted properly to Japanese people. It is a pity that the hotel level in Sao Paulo is very low for about 5000 yen overall. The building is old and the facilities are old. I thought it was still good, but I didn't think the Internet was decent, and it was a blind spot. Breakfast was satisfactory with a breakfast venue in 1F and a lot of drinks. The reception area was as luxurious as a 5-star hotel and there was a drink service, which was more comfortable than the room. You can rest assured that the police car is always stopped and there is security at the entrance.

The environmental facilities are more traditional and fairly clean. The service is not timely, and the front desk needs to be reminded many times before the required items will be delivered to the room. The geographical position is superior, convenient for shopping and business travel.

The surrounding environment is safe and convenient. It is suitable for business trips and family travel. There is a large shopping mall around. There are many shops inside. You can eat on the first floor and shop on the second and third floors.

A real luxury experience

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The hotel here is not cost-effective for breakfast. It is the same every day. We Asians can only eat eggs and milk. Others are not used to eating. There are many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant is not open every day, although Google Maps says it is open every day.  It is very close to the location of the exhibition hall, and then the room hygiene and the hotel staff service attitude can also be at the front desk, not everyone can speak English one or two will speak better English.

I had several problems with my stay at the hotel, including a room invasion, and I have been hosting Mercure several times, but the latter surprised me.

酒店所在街區很不錯，屬於可以晚上附近溜達找吃的那種安心（好幾家餐廳都很好）。附近好幾家超市，10分鐘步行距離還有個Mall，去大公園打車也就10分鐘。但房間狀態就非常一般了，洗浴間非常窄小。街邊房型非常吵，除了汽車聲還有飛機引擎聲（附近3公里就是一個國內航線機場）。
