Location is great. Very simple air b&b. Good for people on a budget.

Location is perfect. Bela Cintra street one block to Paulista. Price is excellent but the room was not very clean when I arrived and a lot of loise during the night. I will not come back. Maybe pay a little bit more and have a quiet place.

The apartment was very tidy, but it had a musty smell. The bathroom was ugly and the shower flooded the entire bathroom. As I only stayed one night, everything was fine, but for more nights I would prefer another

Nice hotel, clean, polite staff. But the sound insulation in the rooms is very poor. 24/7 we listened to the noise of the elevator doors opening, the conversations of other guests and staff in the corridor. This is a very big minus.

The room is very small. Sometimes the shower faucet has no hot water, sometimes the so-called kitchen has no water, and sometimes the toilet has no water. They say there is a kitchen, but there is no pot or spatula, only two plates and forks, and don't expect anything else. I don't understand how you can call it a kitchen when there is no pot and only an induction cooker? Isn't this suspected of fraud? It's really a rip-off. They never cleaned the room in 5 days, and you have to pay for the cleaning. The price-performance ratio is very poor. I will never come again. The air conditioner doesn't work at all. It's expensive and terrible.

Apartahotel correcto, bien ubicado y funcional. Como punto negativo, que tengas que alquilar el secador y los utensilios de cocina, deberían estar incluidos.
