Good location, amazing breakfast with many choices

I really liked the hotel. It's an old hotel, but everything works properly. Because it is old, the differences are that there is no card on the door but the traditional key to close the door. The elevator has a door that has to be opened. But nothing that stopped being functional. The service was very good. And I loved the breakfast! Coffee, milk, juices, yogurt, cakes, breads, and many other options. There is a pharmacy, bakery next to the hotel, there is also a 24-hour market which I used late at night because I wanted water, beer and sweets (which are cheaper than the minibar). And of course, remembering security, when I went out to the market at night, I left my cell phone and belongings in the room and went there, which is the recommendation due to the place. But despite that, it was still peaceful.

A simple hotel recommended more for work, but the breakfast is very good, clean, organized, humanized service, super polite. It's a non-luxury hotel, the room I stayed in was very small and with a single bed, when I made the reservation a photo of a double bed appeared, the pillows were also very high and hard, I think they should be changed. I had access to the maid, very good and polite people. The room I stayed in also had a small table for work, I just found the chair a little low, but I put a pillow on the chair and everything was fine, good quality Wi-Fi. The hotel also has 2 restaurant options, limited menus, good service, and a pizza option for those who like it. Good place to catch UBER, but I was told that the surrounding area is dangerous, so be careful with cell phones.

The hotel has an old structure, very old furniture, bathroom with a faulty tap, shower was not working. The staff alone was a good experience.

Excellent service from all the staff, kind and polite at all times. Great accommodations. Comfortable and very pleasant environment. I always recommend.

Fiquei no quarto 112, que tem a caldeira do hotel funcionando.Começa de manhã a funcionar,faz muito barulho,o hóspede não consegue dormir.Horrível e tem que pedir toalhas a recepção pois as camareiras esquecem.A internet do Hotel Itamaraty é péssima,toda hora falha.Péssima

Atendimento e cordialidade, atenção ao cliente e sua necessidade. Educação e respeito deste do incio da hospedagem ao fim de todos níveis hierárquico do hotel. Foi Ótimo e perdendo voltar. Ah pessoal o café e uma delícia 😋 eu adorei.

Me hospedo nesse hotel há décadas. O custo/benefício é muito bom. Estacionamento ao lado da entrada por um valor muito bom. Não espere luxo. Infelizmente, a região está horrível e não dá para fazer quase nada à noite a pé, principalmente com crianças. Mas o hotel está conectado por dentro a uma pizzaria e um restaurante. Então, dá para comer bem sem sair do hotel. Durante o dia é tranquilo.

Hotel muito bom, mesmo ficando no centro vale a pena. Infraestrutura ok. funcionários educados. Estacionamento fica ao lado do Hotel, R$33 a diária. Pelo preço vale muito a pena. Café da manha muito bom.

Adorei, hotel bem localizado, agradável, e as pessoas que lá trabalham são acessiveis, educadas e bem humoradas, muito bom mesmo.
