Hilton Garden Inn Rebouças

The hotel needs to train its employees better in terms of hospitality/service. I asked for a quieter room that did not face Rebouças Avenue. When I got to the room, it faced Rebouças Avenue. I asked to change the room, but they told me that there was none available and that they would speak to the supervisor. I waited, and when I asked for a position, they told me that they could not speak to the supervisor at that time and that they would give me a position the next day. I am still waiting for that position. The next morning, I asked for a shaving kit for my husband, which I had forgotten, but they were not available. I also asked for slippers, which the attendant refused to provide because they were not in the room that gave access to the slippers. I asked to pay, but she also refused to sell them. We are regular customers, and last month, my husband had to stay in a room with a broken TV, even though they had changed rooms twice. He had to return to the first room because all the TVs were broken too. Ok, he accepted without any problems to stay without the TV... but when we needed slippers, they couldn't do us that favor, not even if we paid. This attitude of the hotel is absurd and very disappointing.

The hotel is very convenient. It is located in a safe area of ​​St. Paul. It has a classic American breakfast, plenty of food, and a good gym. If I come to Sao Paulo again in the future, I will probably stay here again.
