I am a digital nomad and travel the world, so I thought this place would be a good fit. It is not. The Staff is super rude and has an "I am cool' attitude. I wanted. to buy water, and the barcode reader was not working. The guy at the front desk looked at me when I told him so and simply turned the look away. I asked again, and he showed me another machine where I should type the product's name and look for the code.. and do what then? No answer again. Oh, I was also trying to be friendly and told him his 2010 tattoo on his neck was cool, and he simply ignored me. They also don't have printers ( that is no biggie) among other tiny problems.

Think of a wonderful experience. My accommodation at Housi Paulista exceeded all my expectations. Right away, the technological and self-service footprint was incredible (people with little familiarity with technology might find it a little strange). The initial service was very smooth and the instructions for using the APP and recording biometrics were clear and objective. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, bars, snack bars and bakeries. Glued to the wall of the hotel is the Pernambucanas metro station, which connects you to the entire city. besides being on Av. Paulista, you are close to everything and with all the comfort. If you don't feel like going out, there is still a market at the reception that has everything you need. I HIGHLY recommend Housi Paulista and I will definitely be back.

Apart Hotel accommodation in a spectacular region, with access to various means of transport, close to very nice establishments for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If your spirit is young (I'm not young but I felt quite renewed in this place) and you like a very contemporary atmosphere, with good music and beautiful people walking around... this is your place. For tourism or work, with a price compatible with the comfort and care of the facilities, it has everything in terms of amenities in the hotel lobby, co-working room, gym, bicycles for rent and a warm welcome at reception. And quality pop sound in the lobby is a plus. I'll only come back here when I'm in São Paulo.

Everything is new and clean. Polite and attentive attendants. Well located! I highly recommend it! Close to Avenida Paulista and also very close to Rua Augusta, with great restaurants. You can have coffee on the block next door, at the wonderful Bella Paulista bakery.
