I rented two rooms, and both were extremely dirty when they arrived; even the curtains were filthy. In one room, the microwave didn't work, and in the other, the air conditioning wasn't working and was filthy. In that same room, the refrigerator was a non-frost-free minibar. When we arrived, the extra-cold compartment was full of water because it was set to the lowest setting, and the ice melted, causing an accident. Furthermore, the door shelf was missing and was also filthy. Communication with the company was terrible; the representative took about 20 minutes to respond, and when I didn't respond for five minutes, she ended the call.

I've never been so disappointed. The place was completely destroyed and filthy. The sofa, just like in the photos, should have been in the dump. The bathroom was pure sludge, completely black, making it impossible to dare to go in and take a shower. The towels were old and stiff, the pillow was pure dust mites, completely black, and the doors were dirty. I've never seen anything so bad in my life. And it wasn't cheap enough to justify it being so bad. It had absolutely nothing to do with the photos. First and last time, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A localização e o prédio (área comum) são ótimos! Mas o apartamento deixou muito a desejar, falta manutenção adequada e limpeza (tinha teia de aranha nas portas e muitas manchas nas paredes). O colchão era mole e afundava no centro. Péssimo custo-benefício.

Estivemos uma noite para conhecer. Muito bem localizado no bairro Perdizes, estacionamento disponível no prédio e segurança 24h na portaria principal. Escolhemos o maior disponível 30m2; a mini cozinha bem equipada, aparentemente adaptado numa sacada, não há como ter ventilação externa; pois janelas todas travadas. Banheiro com chuveiro boa pressão, mas há vazamento para fora do box. Colchão não estava bom e limpeza a desejar. Controles da TV não funcionava; não consegui ligar.
