This hotel can't live up to the Grand Mercure brand. The rooms are average and the check-in speed is slow. It doesn't have its own gym. It says it shares it with the Pullman next door.

The girl who makes tapioca/waffle/omelet for breakfast is a sweetheart! The guy who was in the cafe coordinating too, very friendly and helpful.

O hotel é excelente, tive alguns contratempos no primeiro dia mas solicitei o contato da gerência e fui maravilhosamente bem atendido pelo Erick e pelo Lúcio do restaurante, aliás, destaco o serviço do restaurante do hotel, café da manhã muito bom e farto, almoço espetacular! Voltarei com certeza, e esse retorno será em maio do ano que vem!
