Nice, quiet and enjoyable. Just I have an issue about the creadit card that is in review, I was charged twice by the app (pre autorization) and at the hotel. I'm waiting for a response

We stayed three times in 2 weeks. The hotel is well located, in a nice area. Clean, acceptable breakfast. The staff is polite. Only the reception speaks English. The hotel is tired. I would say it is a good three stars, not 4. They never helped with my suitcase, although I was all weighed down with bags. The towels are washed out, the furniture is old. In such a climate they do not provide water in the room and there are no taps with drinking water in the hotel, although this is very common. But the most unpleasant thing is that the hotel (4 stars) does not work safes in the rooms, although they are there. We asked twice to fix it, they promised and did not do it. As a result, my Apple headphones were stolen. Also, when checking out of the hotel, I found extra charges on the bill, which I pointed out, which upset the girl at the reception very much :). It took a long time and sluggishly sorted out, but as luck would have it, I had time. You can stay at the hotel, but be careful! I won't come to them again.
