Ibis Budget São Paulo Paulista

Although the room is a little small, I think it's a good deal considering the price. It's a relatively safe place and there are many convenient restaurants.

Poorly insulated both in terms of noise and heat. At base temperature, it is very cold in the room. Room too small for 3 adults and 3 large pieces of luggage. At reception it is impossible to order a taxi. Nice welcome with a lady who speaks French. Ideally located next to Paulista Street and a metro station. In the end, mixed value for money.

Perfect location for tourism in São Paulo, ten steps from the Paulista metro (Line 4). Wonderful dinner and breakfast, clean room with air conditioning.

I didn't like the experience. I paid 12.00 for a bottle of natural water, 50 reais for early check-in, because I didn't want to pay 10 reais for a suitcase left at the hotel. No face towels. I will try to recover from this bad experience, which ended up being more expensive and worse than reasonable. I know IBIS products, but this one is significantly worse

My experience at Íbis Budget was okay. Service was quick, and the receptionists were very kind. The location of the hotel is very good. It's a few meters from Av. Paulista, so it's very convenient. As for the room, I didn't particularly like it, I probably won't return. The cleaning left a lot to be desired; There was hair in the shower and a pillow that I preferred not to use because it looked like the glove on it hadn't been changed.

The apar**ent is small and lacks adequate space for luggage.
