The hotel is located in the heart of São Paulo's old town, about 2 kilometers from Luz Train Station, São Paulo Cathedral, and Plaza de la Repubblica. Metro and multiple bus lines are conveniently located right outside the hotel, making travel easy. The suites are reasonably priced and spacious. However, the old town is relatively run-down, with few businesses nearby and a frequent street vendors.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. To begin with, I booked one type of accommodation and they put me in another, and I received no support from the hotel or the app. The room was claustrophobic, so cramped and difficult to move around, the shower stall was also very cramped. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible. The breakfast was also very poor, and the bread seemed stale and hard. I'll never set foot in that place again!
