Moldy room, dirty blankets, terrible service! On the first day they put us in a room with moldy walls. Old, noisy air conditioning. Employees don't worry when customers complain. I will never stay at this hotel again. I'm even going to try to get a refund so we can go somewhere else.

Excellent service from the entire team. Super comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast with plenty of options. Well located, close to restaurants, bars, parks and museums. I recommend it for the whole family.

I didn't like it... Old hotel, bad beds... old and noisy air conditioning. Uneducated, unhelpful employees. The only 10 is for the breakfast team!! Sensational. The rooms are small, the bathroom is old!!! Noisy.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao aeroporto. Porém as instalações são super antigas, com aspecto de muito velho. O aquecimento do chuveiro é fora do Box, muito desconfortável. O atendimento na recepção é no restaurante é ótimo, funcionários muito atenciosos, mas acho que vale uma reforma para atualizar as instalações. Por ser próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas, tem muito ruído de avião.

Tive uma experiência sensacional ! Me senti acolhido pelo pessoal do hotel durante toda minha estadia! Participei um evento em uma sala do hotel , de 28 a 30 de março ! Tivemos um excelente serviço de buffets e cofee break. O serviço de manobrista do hotel muito ágil e simpático foi um diferencial. Fiquei em uma suíte ampla muito confortável , com ótimo serviço de frigobar e ótimo pacote de canais fechados. Eu voltarei muitas vezes neste hotel que tem uma das melhores localizações na cidade de São Paulo , bem próximo a Av Paulista e a Av 23 de Maio ! Muito obrigado ao Gerente André , a subgerente Bruna e a toda a toda equipe que foram perfeitos !

Embora as áreas de recepção e café sejam bem precárias, os quartos são bem confortáveis, superando inclusive o padrão do Ibis, que tem a mesma faixa de preço. Vale a experiência pensando no custo benefício e na localização, próximo da região da Paulista.
