Good place and clean. The pick up of car is very slow. The swimming pool is very good.

I had several issues with my stay at the hotel, including room break-ins. I've stayed at the Mercure several times but this last one surprised me because of the problems.

Well located, good accommodation and good service. Very dark corridors.

Hotel fraco pelo que oferece. Localizacao regular. Instalações bem deterioradas, cortinas rasgadas. Travesseiros velhos com mofo, chuveiro com regulagem ruim, etc. Check in lento e demorado, já tinha ficado no hotel e não tinham QQ dado, teve que refazer tudo de novo. Bem fraco.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado. O café da manhã eh bem simples.

This hotel is one single example of incompentence from beginning to end. I booked their most expensive room category. There was 1 singel towel in the room for 2 people. Not a single drinking glass/cup or similar was provided. But I did have all the black hair from the guest before me in the shower. I booked a room for 2 people, breakfast included. In the morning there was only breakfast for one and the old lady at the buffet insisted that we would pay for another breakfast ( I would have paid for 3 then). After I refused and told her, it was paid for already, she accused me of wanting to steal a breakfast from the hotel. Most disappointing was, that none of the unmotivated and totally incompetent hotel staff felt the need to apologize even once. I moved out that same day, even though I paid for 4 days.

Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Helpful parking personnel. Good value. Lovely neighborhood.

Stayed twice within 3 weeks and both times were good. Neighbourhood is great, very safe for SP. Will stay there when Im back in SP.

The hotel was fine but the cleaning ladies left dirty glasses behind, the floor was not swept very well and I always had to ask for more sugar for my coffee.

The hotel has been renovated since I stayed there last time around 2015. Very good room. Special thanks to Suzana, who was responsible for the cleaning of the room. I couldn’t find a single spot of dirt, anywhere in the room. It made me feel safe during this time of the pandemic. Staff was friendly, check-in and out was smooth and the breakfast was very good. Some aircraft noise, but that’s a problem in whole area and not hotel’s fault. I would definitely stay again.
