在這個平台訂了5家酒店，其中2家住不了。到店説我沒有預訂！其中一家搞了很久都不行，跟平台協商抵押我的信用卡先入住。結果直接扣款了！CXXXX一直不給退錢！等於我多付了1700塊！
Never ever book anything on CXXXX! I booked 5 hotels this month, 2 of them have problems. They didn't book themselves, they cooperate with different agents. You will surely find after you pay or reserve but you can't use it when you arrive at the hotels.

Não gosto muito de carpete em quartos de hotel, mas esta é uma preferência pessoal. O tapete pareci bastante limpo.
A chave (cartão para entrar no quarto) não funcionou 3 vezes durante a estadia. Assim, tinha que descer na recepção e solicitar ativação, o que irrita. Mas não foi culpa do staff, que foi simpático.
A piscina e a academia estavam em reforma e isso não foi informado durante a reserva, o que não acho correto.
A localização é excelente.

Péssima acomodação! Os quartos com carpetes velhos e cheiro de mofo, roupas de cama sujas, banheiros com box encardido sujo e com mofo no teto. A acomodação estava péssima! Tive que fazer uma reclamação e só consegui mudar no outro dia ainda tive que pagar diferença para mudar a categoria. O barato que sai caro!

Excellent Staff and breakfast. Bed was lower quality and older than expected. Shower was small and cramped. We has a pleasant stay but for the money I was expecting, a bit higher quality,
