Pretty good hotel in a good location! Rooms are slightly outdated, but large! I wish they had a shower at the pool area for hygiene reasons.

I booked 5 hotels on this platform, 2 of them were unavailable. When I arrived at the hotel, they said I didn't make a reservation! I tried for a long time to get one of them, but it didn't work. I negotiated with the platform to mortgage my credit card to check in first. As a result, the money was directly deducted! CXXXX has not refunded the money! It means I overpaid 1,700 yuan! Never ever book anything on CXXXX! I booked 5 hotels this month, 2 of them have problems. They didn't book themselves, they cooperate with different agents. You will surely find after you pay or reserve but you can't use it when you arrive at the hotels.

I don't really like carpet in hotel rooms, but this is a personal preference. The carpet looked pretty clean.
The key (card to enter the room) did not work 3 times during the stay. So, I had to go down to reception and ask for activation, which irritates me. But it wasn't the fault of the staff, who were friendly.
The pool and gym were under renovation and this was not informed during booking, which I don't think is correct.
The location is excellent.

Good location, convenient for eating and shopping around. Located in Paulista, it is relatively safe. English is spoken at the front desk. The room is big, but a bit cold. lower than the outdoor temperature.
