Check in took some time. Advice for potential bookers: contact the hotel manager before your arrival to get the access code.
The room is clean, has basic cooking tensiles. However, it is not noise proof. I stayed at a room above the road. It is noisy at night.

There’s a reception but no service. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, lights on hallway are all turned off, they just have motion sensor detector. So too dark when you walk on their hallway.

We stay in this hotel every time we come to Brazil. The overall feeling is good. Sometimes there is someone at the front desk and sometimes there is no one, so it is best to check in online. The room facilities are also good, with everything you need to cook, and there are tableware and kitchenware.

The room was well-equipped, with a kitchenette, clean linens, and a small balcony. My room had a small balcony. The first downside was that there were no restaurants nearby, and even a convenience store was about a ten-minute walk away, which was quite inconvenient. The second downside was that the traffic noise from the street-facing house was quite noisy.

Nice apartments in a quiet area of the city. There is a supermarket nearby (5 minutes) and many cafes, and most importantly - the huge Ibapuera Park. But to get to the center you will either need to take a taxi or walk for an hour and a half. Of the minuses: not the easiest registration (had to contact support), no kettle (yes, you won't be able to make tea in the evening). Please note: Goggle points to the neighboring building - spent a few minutes to figure it out.
