small room in a good area, No closet for your clothes, so take care, also no safe box

Excellent value for money. The room is indeed very small, but extremely clean, with new furniture, air-conditioned and very well located. There is a bakery less than two minutes away, close to the subway and several bus lines

Excellent location, very well maintained building, with security and beautiful apartment. The only thing is a slight smell of sewage that came into the room, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. It's worth the cost-benefit.

Apartamento bem localizado, pude deixar minhas malas lá antes de realizar o check-in, cama confortável. Só achei que a limpeza do banheiro ficou a desejar, vi alguns fios de cabelo quando cheguei, então significa que não estava tão limpo. Fora isso achei o espaço confortável.
