O hotel é um bom custo benefício quanto a estrutura, limpeza e café da manhã, porém deixa muito a desejar no quesito atendimento, o que tornou minha experiência péssima.
Fui atendido por uma senhora na recepção muito despreparada e mal educada. Reservei na plataforma um quarto duplo com cama de casal, podem o hotel me acomodou em um quarto triplo com 3 camas de solteiro e mesmo eu tendo comprovado as informações da reserva através do aplicativo e do e-mail de confirmação, o hotel não alterou minha acomodação e pior, essa senhora da recepção me acusou de ter fraudado as informações.

O hotel se encontra em uma região central de São Paulo. A estrutura do prédio é antiga, porém o serviço é muito cordial. No geral, a hospedagem é compatível com o preço.

O custo beneficio do hotel valeu, a localização no centro era o que procurava, a única coisa que acho que poderia melhorar é a cordialidade de alguns funcionarios e da dona do hotel... sempre levo muito em conta o atendimento.

A estadia foi muito boa. A limpeza é muito boa mas o serviço de limpeza ao longo da estadia deixou a desejar já que foi realizada apenas a arrumação das camas e troca da roupa de cama e banho, sem a realização da limpeza do chão.
