Wonderful new hotel in a very centric location in Sao Paulo. The rooms are very well appointed and fresh, and the service is impeccable. I had a short stay and did not have a chance to try their restaurant, however their cafeteria has wonderful meals and desserts. Definitely worth staying here.

Simplesmente incrível. Novo, moderno, automatizado. Recepcao pelo hotel como de poucos. Áreas comuns (lobby, restaurante, piscina e academia) de tirar o fôlego. Café da manhã à mesa com opção variada (muitos alimentos integrais). Localização: perpendicular à Faria Lima.

Uma boa experiência nesse hotel novíssimo com arquitetura e decoração contemporânea super bem localizado. O quarto que ficamos hospedados não era muito grande, porém, muito bonito e aconchegante. Comida do restaurante Charlô de excelente qualidade. Café da manhã é a la carte. Dispõe também de uma boulangerie. Achei apenas que o serviço ainda está um pouco disperso e também tentei marcar uma massagem no SPA com uma massoterapeuta mulher, pois me sinto mais à vontade, porém, no período que eu podia, dispunham apenas de massoterapeuta masculino. No mais, foi tudo ótimo. Obrigada!

Tive uma experiência incrível no Pulso! Desde a chegada, fui surpreendida pelo excelente atendimento dos funcionários, que me acompanhou até o quarto, compartilhando detalhes sobre a estadia e os serviços do hotel. Fiquei encantada com a cartinha e o bolo de rolo que deixaram no quarto, além de um bombom vegano que foi uma grata surpresa, especialmente porque sou vegana. A piscina é deslumbrante, e o Sarau Bar foi um destaque à parte, com drinks e pratos deliciosos. O café da manhã foi, sem dúvida, minha parte favorita (rsrs), tudo estava fresco, quentinho e muito saboroso. O restaurante é extremamente agradável, e todos os funcionários foram gentis. Conheci também a charmosa Boulangerie e a academia, que possui ótimos equipamentos. A localização é muito boa, fui em uma das minhas ruas preferidas a pé (rua dos Pinheiros) e a na Faria Lima. Sem dúvidas, foi a melhor estadia que já tive, sensacional! 🤩

Uma bela opção de hotel com qualidade e 5 estrelas na cidade! Bem localizado e principalmente mais silencioso que os outros da cidade, o hotel inaugurou faz pouco tempo e é maravilhoso! Atendimento incrível em todos os locais, desde o checkin até o café da manha e todos que trabalham lá. Importantíssimo dizer que todos educados. Quarto é bem decorado, muito confortável e com mimos e amenities sensacionais! Com certeza uma bela opção e voltarei! Parabens a todos!
